We strive to respond to referrals in an efficient manner. Our response time is 24 hours if a referral is received during normal business hours.

SPEEDY ADMISSION PROCESS
A new resident may be admitted to our facility within 48 hours of receiving a referral.

INDIVIDUAL AND PERSONALIZED CARE
A customized program is developed to meet the individual clinical and residential needs of each consumer.

OPEN LENGTH OF STAY
Short or long-term options are offered at TCR.
Please note that we do require a minimum stay of one week.

At TCR, we believe that each resident has the ability to make their own choices. A variety of activities are available to encourage interaction and communication.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
The medical staff and trained medication technicians at TCR recognize the importance of complying with doctors orders. We encourage our residents to take their medications on a regular basis.

CONTINUITY IN TREATMENT
We at TCR strive to maintain continuity in our treatment team. Our accredited workforce remains consistent with our core treatment programs.

MENTORING SERVICES
The customized clinical and residential programs developed for our consumers often include mentoring services. The professionals at TCR provide one-on-one goal directed companionship for our consumers. Additionally, ADL's, and use of community resources are available.
