Quakertown House offers an array of assisted living services intended to promote integration into the home’s milieu and the local community, to strengthen residents’ personal responsibility and self-determination, and to foster a hope filled and fulfilling life style. Care Coordinators provide a broad range of services to support the wellness of residents. Nursing staff assist with medication as well as the physical health needs of residents. One-to-one goal directed companionship, mentoring services, is available to assist with social interaction, use of community resources, independent living skill development, and recovery goals. Staff members are available on-site 24/7.

Well-balanced, nutritious meals are provided to consumers three times each day, supplemented by healthy snacks. Residents may choose from several entrée and side dish options. Special dietary needs such as vegetarian or diabetic requirements are taken into consideration.

A park, pool, theater, town band, library and many shops and restaurants as well as health care professionals, self-help groups, and schools are all close by, many within walking distance. There are numerous recreational activities offered both in-house and off-site. Some of these include: movie night, local mall and restaurant trips, bowling, and outlet shopping. In-house supported vocational opportunities are available.
