PROMPT RESPONSE TO REFERRALS
We strive to respond to referrals in an efficient manner. Our response time is generally within 24 hours if a referral is received during normal business hours.

SPEEDY ADMISSION PROCESS
A new resident may be admitted to a TCR housing option within 48 hours of receiving a local referral. Intake for admission to New Vitae’s clinical services can occur within a week.

Customized programs are developed to meet the unique clinical and residential needs of each individual we serve.

OPEN LENGTH OF STAY

    MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
    The medical staff and trained medication technicians at TCR recognize the importance of complying with doctors’ orders. New Vitae psychiatrists are committed to providing a thorough review of and education to the intended outcomes and side effects of each medication. Nursing and support staff in the residential services are well practiced at encouraging residents to take their medications regularly.

    CONTINUITY IN TREATMENT
    We at TCR strive to maintain continuity in our treatment teams. While a resident may take advantage of changing sites and levels of residential services, New Vitae’s psychiatrist, therapist, nurse, addictions counselor, nutritionist and other team members remain constant and provide stability during times of transition.

    MENTORING SERVICES
    The customized clinical and residential programs often include mentoring services. Mentors provide one-to-one goal directed companionship, assisting with development of independent living skills, social interaction, family contact, use of community resources and attainment of the individual’s recovery goals.
