At TCR, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health care services and supportive residential opportunities for adults coping with emotional and behavioral disorders. Each member of our highly credentialed staff believes in freedom of choice and open length of stay.

Our energies are focused toward the wellness of all those we serve. We recognize that each person is an individual, dealing with their own special set of circumstances. That is why our experienced staff develops customized clinical interventions with active participation by each consumer. With the consumer’s consent, family members, case managers, friends, clergy and insurance company care managers are encouraged to participate in treatment planning and supportive interventions. Additionally, TCR offers residential options designed to meet consumers’ needs and preferences and directed to providing a healthy, safe and supportive environment.

Mission Statement

TCR’s mission is to provide a continuum of behavioral health care clinical services and supportive residential services to adult consumers, encouraging active participation to achieve consumers’ wellness, life style, self-determination and recovery goals. Our continuum is made possible through the coordination of clinical services, residential settings, and allied therapies. Our services include: Crisis Intervention, Outpatient Services, Partial Hospital Program, Home and Community Based Care, Independent Living Skills Development, Co-occurring Substance Abuse Counseling, Vocational and Educational Opportunities and a graduated array of supported living residential services.
